Packaging and presenting your pallets prior to collection

We recognise that you want the very best care taken when collecting and delivering your consignment. We emphasise the value of pallet presentation because of this, and we advise the following guidelines are adhered to.

Getting your pallets ready

• All goods must be palletized and suited for road transportation when preparing your pallet consignment for collection.
• When possible, the top of the item should be wrapped in shrink wrap before being affixed to a two-way pallet.
• Labels with the appropriate addresses must be clearly marked on at least two sides of each pallet.
• Pallet weight and size restrictions are 1200 x 1000 x 2200mm and 1000 kg, respectively.
• Pallets sent in excess of the aforementioned, will incur further charges accordingly on footprint area.

Please make sure that all items are palletized with two opposing sides with address labels that are clearly identified. Please take advantage of the pallet label printing and pallet securing functionality of our online booking system.

We do suggest crating any machinery. Additionally, it's critical to check that engines are completely drained and securely tied to the pallet. For more details, refer to the Engine Shipping Guide.
