High Risk Goods

When sending high-risk items by pallet delivery, you need to be aware of certain regulations and guidance

Pallet Expert can ship most of your goods via pallet, but high risk goods need special care

Unfortunately, if you decide to deliver the following items via pallet, neither their loss nor damage will be covered by insurance. If you do ship these things, you do so fully at your own risk and there is no assurance they will be returned if they are seized by customs.

We consider the following things to be high-risk:

• Cash, debit cards, and credit cards
• Birth and death certificates, passports, and other specialised documentation
• Keys and other objects of monetary or sentimental worth that are negotiable
• Exceptionally valuable items, such as artwork, rare stones, gold, and silver
• High-value antiques must only be sent using a specific service.

Since these objects are obviously both personal and significant to you, we definitely do not recommend transporting them by pallet.
